TERMS & RETURNS
How this works, in plain terms.
Every piece is made to order, so the ordinary rules for off-the-shelf goods don't all apply. Here is what does.
LAST UPDATED · AUGUST 2026
This is a draft. It is being reviewed by a solicitor before launch and may change.
BEFORE WE START WORK
We select your antler and text you a photograph. If it's the one, tell us and we'll get started. If it isn't, we'll find another.
01
Placing an order
You choose the form of your piece, pay in full, and we then select your antler and send you a photograph for approval.
Work begins once you have approved the antler, and not before.
02
Made to order
Antler is a natural material. Colour, shape, weight and markings vary from one piece to the next, and yours will not look exactly like the photographs on this site.
That variation is the product, not a fault.
03
Lead times and delivery
Allow three to four weeks from approval. A custom pewter mark makes it five to six.
UK delivery is free and sent tracked. We will text you when it ships.
These are estimates. If something is going to take longer we will tell you rather than let the date pass.
04
Changing your mind
Tell us before you approve your antler and we will refund you in full.
Once you have approved the antler and work has begun, the piece is being made for you alone. At that point we can no longer cancel it.
A piece with your own pewter mark cannot be cancelled once the mould has been made.
05
Returns
If a piece arrives damaged, or it isn't what you agreed, text us within fourteen days of it arriving and we will collect it and put it right or refund you.
Because each piece is made to your specification, we cannot accept returns simply because the natural antler is a different colour or shape from another one you have seen.
Nothing here affects your legal rights if goods are faulty or not as described.
06
Looking after it
Wipe the antler with a dry cloth. Keep it out of direct sun and away from radiators.
The glasses and the decanter can be washed by hand. Don't put any part of the piece in a dishwasher.
07
Repairs
If something works loose, text us the number of your piece and we will tell you what it needs. We would rather repair one than see it replaced.
08
Your number
Every finished piece is given a permanent Stag & Cask number. It is not a limited edition and it does not imply a fixed production run.
We keep a record of the number against the piece and its owner.
09
The dull part
These terms are governed by Scots law.
Prices include VAT where it applies. Prices can change, but not after you have ordered.
Overseas orders are by arrangement — text us before ordering.
